What is the "Best Price Guarantee"?

All orders are covered by our Best Price Guarantee.  We try our best to offer the best prices every day.  If you find a lower price for the same item, (style, size and color), within 30 days of your order, we will match that price.   After confirmation we will happily refund the difference to you in the manner in which the original purchase was made.

To receive your refund:

1. Order the items that you want.
2. Within 30 days call us at 1.541.206.9515 or send us an email to: bbertsch@goodfibers.com with your name or order number.  Please include the web address where you found the lower price. Please be sure to give us the correct website address to expedite the confirmation.  If possible send a screen shot of the website or the store name, contact and phone number to bbertsch@goodfibers.com.  If you found the price at a brick and mortor store, include the name and address so that we can confirm. 
3. After we confirm the lower price, we will revise your order and send you an e-mail with your new total and the amount of your refund. 

Rules:

1. The other site cannot be an auction site.
2. The other site must be an authorized retailer for that item.
3. The item must be in stock in the same style, size and color.
4. Offer valid up to 30 days after your purchase date.
5. Offer not valid on price mistakes on the other company's website.
6. Any shipping charges on the other company's website will be used to determine the matched price. 

What are the free shipping terms

Good Fibers provides free ground shipping within the US.  Orders will need to have the proper shipping rate selected.  We will contact you and refund any shipping charges when you have met the requirements for free shipping or if the calculated shipping charges are excessive.  We will contact you if the correct shipping selection has not been selected.  Free shipping does not apply to international orders or to orders to locations where ground shipping is not a possibility.  Our goal is to provide fair shipping charges and to select the most cost effective method of shipping to get your order to you in the time desired.  

How do I care for my bamboo towels?

Machine wash in cold or warm water with a mild soap and either gently dry or line dry. Please do not use bleach when washing your bamboo towels. Also do not use fabric softeners or dryer sheets as they coat the fibers and result in your towels to be less absorbent. You may line dry or dry your towels on a low setting. Bamboo will dry more quickly than cotton and may reduce the amount of energy used.

Is my information and credit card number safe if I shop at Good Fibers?

Your personal information and credit card number is protected by 256 bit encryption before being transmitted over the internet. When a purchase is made the payment and credit card information is passed through a secure gateway straight through to Authorize.Net and to the bank over an encrypted line. The credit card numbers are not visible and are not stored in any way on our web site. Your confidentiality and financial information security is of utmost importance to us. What is your return policy?

Returns will be accepted on unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase after contacting us for return approval. A refund will be issued upon receiving the returned merchandise. Refunds will only be issued in the manner of the original payment. Please contact us at care@goodfibers.com for approval or call 541 206 9515.

What is the Organic Certification?

Skal surveys the organic production by means of inspection and certification. Inspections consist of visits to farms, processing and importing units, but also examination of soil, crop or tissue samples and administrative assessments. When the production process fully meets the requirements, certification can take place. In that case Skal issues a certificate as document of support. In most cases the producer is also allowed by Skal to use the EKO Quality symbol on the products that originate from the production process certified by Skal. The consumer knows and recognizes this symbol of certified organic production. The inspection of Skal occurs in accordance with certain regulations that have been approved by the Dutch ministry of agriculture and the Council for Accreditation. This is verified by a GOTS number that is on the back of the woven label.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We process orders within 2 business days for all in stock items. Shipments are sent through USPS ground unless requested otherwise. This usually takes between 5 and 14 days to North America and up to 60 days for international locations. A tracking number will be provided on all orders. Priority shipping will be available.

Do bamboo towels create static?

Bamboo tends to be static free.

Are bamboo or organic cotton towels good if I have allergies?

Organic cotton is grown without all the pesticides that a regularly used in growing cotton. There are no chemical additives added during the production. Therefore they are 100% allergen free. Bamboo towels are naturally anti-microbial, anti-bacterial and are mildew resistant. We strive to carry products that have no dyes or low impact dyes used in the production.

How are bamboo towels more absorbent than cotton towels?

Bamboo fiber contains tiny gaps and holes that promote better moisture absorption and ventilation. Towels pull the water off of the skin while robes or clothing wicks away sweat in a split second.

How is bamboo antibacterial and how does it fight odors?

Bamboo contains a unique agent called “Bamboo kun” that functions as both in anti-bacteria and deodorization. The Japan Textile Inspection Association has tested bamboo fibers and found that these properties remain even after 50 washes.
